The meetings could be the same and repeatable. To prevent meetings from becoming repetitive, I can change the meeting format and choose open spaces or some meeting areas outside of the company.

On the other hand, some colors and design of the company may remain the same. I would change some colors and design of the company even e-mail signature and appearance.
