I think the problem is my focus, and using a clear focus to prioritize both the emails and the meetings. Also, I have noticed that too much time is wasted in meetings and read that some leaders have cut all their meetings to half the time (forcing everyone to be more focused too). I think I will try that and set a rule that we never should run over the allotted time.
