The first behavior that’s key for everyone is to keep my commitments. What I say is that I need to do. Also, my people should never see me blaming others, and they should see me taking 100% responsibility for what I need to do and deliver. I think all leaders need to live the values of their organization, and should think of specific behaviors to role model that shows their people how to live the values too.
