I need to frame the project in ways it will help the other leaders be more successful, and even with less effort. How it will make their jobs more effective or easier will make them want to hear more, and I need to back those statements up with a few facts to show I have studied this and thought it through. I would also that that with their help we can achieve the benefits of the new way of procuring faster and that it could make a positive impact to this year’s profits.
