I need to build stronger relationships with my peers, and understand what’s most important to them. Everyone’s favorite topic is themselves, and what’s most important to them. By framing what I want in what they want, I will always get them wanting to engage with me. I need to keep in more frequent contact so that it doesn’t appear I only engage them when I need something.
