– Set the scene at the start of the meeting to re-frame our purpose (“Today we are not looking to talk about task progress, but rather what goals we have achieved and what that has meant”).
– Spend some time getting people to vocalise the end results they feel they own, which do they believe are their primary priorities and why do they think that.
– Reflecting back over the last month what was the single most significant achievement?
– Looking forward what do you see as your primary mission? Do you require any external resource / intervention to help you deliver it?
– What will be the effect of the outcome / change / initiative you are driving? What will be the gain to the overall organisation?
