-focus on asking for outcomes instead of activities
-if asked for my opinion or for a solution, I can respond by asking them to come up with a suggested solution first themselves and sharing that with me as well as the issue
-stop responding so quickly, my quick response may lead people to simply ask me instead of thinking themselves
-with regards to meetings, it would be important to have an agenda for meetings and to focus on progress of outcomes instead of detail steps that they are taking
