1. Request my team to copy me in emails that require my attention and NOT for my information.
2. Prioritize issues that need my involvement and eliminate issues that can be handled by others.
3. Eliminate meetings that can be resolved by email.
4. Delegate attendance to my team members whose presence will have the same value as mine.
5. Seeing too many emails from the same sender indicates that this sender is involving me in all details.
6. Clarifying that too many emails is NOT healthy. Some issues can be easily resolved in a single face to face conversation.
