The vision, beliefs and values of an organization only stay alive within organizations when there is a focus to keep them alive. The vision has to be talked about and linked to all the key initiatives, with the leadership sharing stories and examples about how their people and teams are delivering it each day. What’s talked about comes about. Also, the beliefs and values have to be discussed, and the best time is when you build your strategies and plans forward, and how you will use and leverage the core beliefs and values to be able to deliver the plans faster and with better results. Again, what’s talked about comes about…and stays alive in your people in stronger ways.
