I would make a high level traffic light reporting and make it visible to everyone. Also, I would track all the key milestones to highlight not only what has been achieved and when, but what needs to be achieved next and in the coming weeks. When everything is visible, see more clearly how their work is aligned, and that increases the pressure to deliver.
