It is important to communicate to the management team both the importance of the onboarding the three retail chains and the delivery of this year’s numbers. I would communicate the framework for both efforts, and outline the specific decisions rights of the project manager and the alignment with the day to day operations. It will be the responsibility of the program manager to align with the operational managers and only directional decisions will be brought to the company management team. The agreed timeline and milestones will be visible throughout the company and all the leadership will have a bonus attached to the smooth onboarding of the three retail chains.
