Firstly reflect on what I consider the most important outcomes are, so that I set my mindset to being outcome focused. Then have an open discussion with the team aabout outcomes, getting agreement on these. Use the time to discuss the outcomes and where we are with them – and create some kind of spreadsheet where the activities can be listed outside of the meeting.
