I’d make a list of everything I’m doing and I’m responsible for. Then I’d make a list of everything I don’t have to physically do myself and start delegating that. Based on previous lesson, I’d also start to train my team to think for themselves, send them back to find solutions and take responsibility for those solutions. I’d start to trust and ask for less details and more outcomes in emails.
