I think as a leader I need to be able too engage and motivate my team to deliver, and have the ability to influence my peers and management to gain and keep the alignment for my team to deliver. I need feedback on my behaviors that are either enabling or preventing me from having the right influence. A great question for my team members could be: “What can I do to help you to be even more successful in your role?”
