1) I should focus and delegate. I would evaluate which tasks and meetings require your attention and delegate the rest. (I learned this from Mark Fritz.) Identify my most important tasks (MITs) for each day and focus on them first.

I should reserve blocks of time on my calendar for focused, deep work without interruptions. During these times, I should avoid meetings and emails to make meaningful progress on key tasks.
