I need to get the positive people influencing the others. However, negative people will often attack me in the worst times if I don’t take the time to listen to them. By listening to the negative people, I know better the support I need from the positives…and I neutralize the attacks from negative people in meetings. Positive politics is asking the right questions listening, then being very proactive on what you heard.
