Alignment is created with the right conversations, and knowing everyone’s view on things. It’s being more strategic on the right individual and group meetings, and gaining the support from everyone on keeping the alignment strong. I need to reinforce the positives of the project with each individual, and replay those positives in the team meetings in different ways too.
