Mark Fritz

I thought about what the boss said, and that in the past I was measured on what I did. Now, as a supervisor I am measured on what both me and my people do. My team’s success will be limited if I try to do too much myself. Therefore, I need to find a way to get enjoyment from not just what I do, but what I see my people do. I am thinking that great leadership is not about me, but my people. If I can grow them faster, the team will deliver better results too.
