I need to let go more decisions, and to do this, I need my people to feel more accountable for the outcomes…and the decisions on them. When my people come to me, I will avoid giving them the easy answer and will ask more questions. I need to change my mindset about my role from boss to coach…and look to listen far more than I ever did.
