I need to invest time to get all the operational managers ideas on how to action the new strategy. They will support their own ideas better than mine, and will be more committed to them too. It’s not about what I say, but pulling together what everyone else is saying and showing everyone how aligned we are with our thinking and actions. This builds the support for the resources to action everyone’s ideas.
