I need to get everyone involved in building the plan for the change…and find ways to use everyone’s strengths in the plan. They will naturally bring up the problems, and I will focus them on the options for resolve those problems. With everyone discussing the options, the whole team will understand the change better and better decisions will be made as a result. Everyone will feel part of the change and what their input to be successful too.
