With dilemmas, there are often no right and wrong approaches…but are we moving the organization forward faster. I would help my people to understand that no decision is often worse than the wrong decisions on the approaches to the dilemmas…and that we need to make faster decisions and learn faster what’s really needed too. I need support a couple mistakes along the way, but fixing mistakes will move us forward faster than doing nothing.
