In business, you will always be asked to do things you don’t really like to do. I would look at the project, and focus on what I like most about the project first, and also how this project could either speed my own development or help me position more influence within the company. By focusing on what I can get out of the project, in addition to what the company gains, I will start to look at the project with a more positive perspective.
