I have always wanted to be involved in everything because that was the way I felt in control. So, I need to trust my people more and start delegating more outcomes and tracking the progress through asking my people for the milestones. I believe if ask the right questions, I can see if they are on top of everything and don’t have to be involved as much. I will have to get better asking questions, and might have to do more preparation for meetings with my team in order to ask the right questions.
