The best experts have the knowledge and experience to see a great solution, but also take the responsibility to see the solution through to be delivered. Focus meetings on facilitating the right solutions, and get your people talking and taking ownership for getting them implemented. When you show your trust in their solutions and judgement, they will take on more initiative on their own. So, focus meeting on drawing out the expertise within the team and getting them to own delivering the solutions.
