You need to invest more time in reflection and think ahead time in order to see what’s really important, and to see faster ways to deliver the important. People get behind when they spread their focus too thin, and allow for too many distractions in your day. When your focus is stronger, you feel more empowered to say NO more often to what you have been saying YES to in the past.
