First, I would not start with your ideas, but to ask the manager on their ideas. These ideas should be on the possible impact we can have on the clubs both in the short and long-term. Getting the manager’s ideas on the what and why is key before discussing any of the how. You draw the potential out of people using their ideas versus implementing yours.
