I believe I need to delegate more in steps to my key people. That might mean putting together a “to delegate” list for each key person, and looking at the right time to let go of each outcome. Also, I need to adopt a more coaching style of leadership…asking more questions and help my key people to take more decisions on their own. Some might not be able to step up to a bigger role, so I might have to look outside for people to fill those gaps.
