Ambition is energy, and while disruptive, they do get things done. However, individual achievement only gets you so far in a career, and eventually you need to get along with others and influence others. It seems a chat has to take place with each of them. Asking how they are finding their role, what are the pluses, minuses, and what they think they could be doing better. It’s good to get their ideas first, and then package their ideas in new ways to help them see the changes that would help them move forward faster. Remember, keep the energy and just help them find a way to channel that energy in better ways.
