I need to share more stories and examples where my people can see themselves within them. Therefore, I need to get better at adapting the stories and examples to the different personalities of my people, so they can relate to them faster. Also, I need to come up with more stories and examples that can be a better match for the different situations (both business and personal) my people find themselves in. So, I need my people seeing and feeling their part in delivering the vision.
