My people’s belief and confidence has taken a hit, and I can’t get it back quickly. I need to focus on my key people (my role models) and get them understanding what’s possible, and what things they have achieved in the past demonstrates that they can successfully address the new challenges and win. I will help my people see the potential both within themselves and the company, and look together at ways we can use that potential faster.
