The key is moving away from general statements to something specific. Everyone doesn’t need to remember everything about the vision, but remembering something specific about it…and maybe one of the most important components of the vision…can be memorable. I will focus on one specific impact/benefit of the vision, and share it in ways that the people can see themselves in delivering it.
