I think the best way to help my people personalize the vision is to get their ideas on making it happen. By involving my people and using their ideas, they see a part of them within the vision…personalizing it…and also wanting to support making it happen and faster. Also, I will search for ways to give my key people some important roles in delivering the vision and let me speak on my behalf often to make them more visible throughout the company.
