First, it could be the meetings. If I and my organization runs meetings the same way each week, everyone will get bored. I need to explore with my key people as to how we could keep our meetings fresh and constantly adapting them to keep our people engaged. Also, I think we need to look at our metrics, and adapt them every now and then to reflect the results we want, but also the behaviors we want to drive to deliver those results.
