I think I need to first look differently at my role. I always thought my role was to know everything and be able to tell my people what to do. I think that is limiting both me and my team, so I need to get my people more confident to define their own solutions to their problem. I need to start by asking questions in ways to help my people see their own solutions. I want them to have the confidence that they are finding the right answers and they can do it when I am not around.
