I need to get my people to understand that there are not perfect answers, and that it is OK to choose an option and just get started. Even if it doesn’t work, you are always learning in ways to make faster progress on a better option. We never learn as much until we do. Also, cannot ask for the best thing to do, but ask for multiple options. That will force my people to think through the problems in deeper ways and see better solutions faster too.
