I think I would take note of all the decisions I am making and the decision I see my people making for a couple weeks. This gives me a starting point to ask my people to add these decisions and create a better picture of the decisions the organization is routinely making. Then, I think that we need to look at the picture through the lens a company double the size. If that was true, at what levels should these decisions be made in order to keep the right pace of execution within the company?
