I will need to provide a high level update within the first 2 to 3 minutes focused on what has been achieved, the plan for the next few milestones, and any key directional decisions that need to be made now…or anticipated ones coming up. I want to give my boss plenty of time to ask questions on what he/she is particularly interested in. I will be giving some thought as to what type of questions I will be asked, and make sure to bring along some data to support my replies if needed.
