I need to show experiences where I was able to successful collaborate across different parts of the company, and how I was able to get the commitment to work in a common way (even if the process was not created by them). I would show examples of my influencing skills, particularly with peers, as well as my ability to gain management and stakeholder support for the initiatives I was driving.
