I have thought through my sweet spot, and have noticed that I am doing to much of the work; and this is something that my boss has mentioned. I need to delegate more, and not just to free up time for me, but to grow my key people faster. I will look at the priorities for the business and where my key people need to grow, and start letting go of those outcomes.
