I need to get my key people involved, as they will be the role models for the rest of the organization. I will get them together and get their input into the key outcomes and behaviors, and use the key outcomes behaviors I have identified to coach my people through the discussion. I would like each person to pick up on behavior to champion, and think through how we can get the whole organization adopting it.
