I need to bring people into the team who have different personalities, but have proven they are also adaptable. Also, I need both visionary and pragmatic people who will help us look at the issues in the broadest of ways. Lastly, the team needs a strong direction to help align everyone on a common goal, versus just trying to get their own way.
