There is an old saying…what does it take to get promoted around here? The right pull/push helps the organization keep its commitments and move forward faster. I would start small by choosing a few key metrics to make more visible and see how the culture reacts (what discussions do they drive, etc). The key is focused on the most important metrics first, and keeping it simple to start.
