I need to look at conflict not as something to be avoided, but something when addresses, helps me move the team forward faster. So, I need to engage my team earlier on the conflict, and not look at it as right and wrong, but what will help us move forward faster…create the future faster. I need to be better prepared to have the conversations to address the conflict earlier rather than later.
