The change “In my opinion” can be done gradually, instead of going over activities list items I can start shedding the light on why the team has been assigned with a task and what a successful outcome could be and it would affect them as a team and other teams around them in the organization.
eventually the team language would change as they gain more confidence of their roles and instead of discussing what to do the discussion would be more how this can be done better/faster/more efficient.
eventually, minimal intervention would be required by me as I will be giving more outcome and probably challenge the team to work creatively towards achievements.
