Seda Demirbas

The first step is to assess how I currently delegate tasks. I need to evaluate where my strengths lie in the business and leadership. I’ll also define which responsibilities fall outside my core strengths and can be better managed by others. I will need to become comfortable with the idea that not everything will be done perfectly, but that is part of the learning process for my team. need to make sure that when delegating, the team has the resources and authority needed to succeed. I will commit to providing support, but I will not micromanage the process. I will ensure that I provide regular check-ins, but not in a way that feels like micromanagement.
