I provide them with training in conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management. I cteatr opportunities for them to practice communication in high-stakes scenarios, such as presenting to senior leadership or managing difficult conversations with customers or cross-functional teams. I develop their cross-functional leadership abilities by assigning them to project teams with diverse perspectives. I encourage them to facilitate meetings between departments, where they can learn to negotiate competing priorities and align everyone toward a common goal. I Set up a mentorship program where pivot leaders are paired with senior leaders or experienced colleagues who can provide guidance and share insights on managing dilemmas. Also I Encourage them to participate in regular peer learning sessions to share challenges and best practices with one another.
