I would define targets to be reached. For example, by end of 2025 an increase in sales or product A by 10% and the profit margin of 3%. Further I would show them a kind of report dashboard, I want them to present once a month in the regular sales meeting. KPIs are sales growth, margin growth per month….remaining gap to close till end of year….costs figures …etc…
Every single sales person would have to present his figures by himself. Attention to the meeting is a must.
