Hi Mark, i played a bit around. I think you treated a kind of platform to help managers to become better, to become a leader. On the first view, I do not miss anything. I like the short video introduction to the short lessons. With the videos the platform gets a kind of personal touch.
I went through already one lesson and provided the feedback to the question, with which the lesson ended. Please have a look.
I will continue and provide further feedback.
The only thing I haven’t warmed to yet, is the design (look and feel). There are many rectangular boxes and only two colors are used…but this is the first impression…on the other hand it looks everything very clean and clear…more to come…Ulrich
