Before an essential conversation I have with my team, I would like to think about the essence of the conversation, my goal and my communication style. I prefer to talk about a story in order to evoke their relevant memories instead of saying my goal directly. I would consider my counterparties communication style and reorganize my story in comply with their understanding style.
